General Introduction & Definitions

ku9n is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, color prediction, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The key terms used in this document are explained below.

Relevant Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the ku9n website (ku9n.lat), its mobile version, and all associated digital services.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Age & Eligibility Requirements

• The person registering an account must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Any person prohibited from gambling by a court or legal authority may not register on this platform.
• Individuals who have been banned by ku9n may not re-register.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ku9n conducts an identity verification process to maintain a safe and reliable environment. Users may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. Withdrawals or certain features may be restricted until satisfactory verification is completed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on ku9n are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment methods accepted on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposited funds will be credited to the account balance once successfully processed.
• Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Use of a third party's mobile banking account is not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Large withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

ku9n offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳20,000 in wagers. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Rules

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
• A bonus may only be used once — claiming the same offer more than once is not permitted.
• If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• ku9n reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

VIP Program & Rewards

ku9n's VIP program has three tiers. Regular and active players can gradually advance to higher tiers.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback and access to special offers.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback and priority support.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and exclusive VIP offers.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a user's overall activity on the platform. ku9n holds the sole right to grant or withdraw VIP benefits to any user.

Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

ku9n is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technological means to play games.
• Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for an unfair advantage — any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's servers or security systems.

ku9n uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. In confirmed cases of fraud, deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

Account Security & Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account secure.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out when the session ends.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ku9n support immediately.

ku9n will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to an account caused by user negligence. However, ku9n is always ready to assist with a cooperative investigation.

Account Closure & Termination

A user may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

Grounds for Termination by ku9n

• A clear breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

ku9n reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion without giving a reason. If a breach of the rules is established, the account balance may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Policy

• After a complaint is submitted, ku9n will investigate within a reasonable time and communicate its decision.
• For disputes regarding game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• For disputes regarding financial transactions, the payment processor's records will be final.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, both parties may pursue legal remedies.

Terms Amendment and Effect
